“We accept full price tops to be returned for store credit. Bottoms and one piece’s will not be accepted unless the item is faulty due to hygiene purposes. So please look very carefully at our size chart.
All returns must be within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit will be issued within 3 days of receiving the return. Full refunds will only be offered in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Sale items cannot be returned.

Shells the label is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In the event of a faulty item:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the items with an image of the fault so that our team can arrange for the faulty item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Shells the label does not accept or exchange any items found faulty after 6 months or more, or if looked after incorrectly, please see our ‘Product Care Instructions’.
We accept all size and style exchanges with tops. However we do not accept exchanges for bottoms and one piece’s due to hygiene purposes. So please look very carefully at our size chart when ordering and be sure to measure yourself!
